Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Vullor ("we", "us") collects when you visit vullor.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Vullor is run by Matija Vuruna. You can reach us at office@vullor.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill in our form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number and website (if you add them), business type, town and postcode, and anything you write in the message.
- Information collected automatically. We use Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics. If you accept cookies, these tools tell us how visitors find and use the site, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. They don't tell us who you are. If you reject cookies, no analytics cookies are set.
How we use it
- To prepare your free Google Maps scan and reply to your request.
- To contact you about the services you asked about, by email or phone.
- To understand which pages and marketing work, so we can improve the site.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business, and they only process your information on our behalf:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Google, for Tag Manager and Analytics, and email.
- Our own business tools, such as our email inbox and calendar.
Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States and the European Union. Where they do, they protect it with safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US Data Bridge. Vullor itself is run from Serbia.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your form details within 24 months of your last contact with us. If you become a client, we keep the information we need for as long as we work together and as required for tax and accounting purposes afterwards.
Our legal basis
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we use your form details because you asked us to reply to you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We only set analytics cookies if you agree to them.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask us to stop contacting you. Email office@vullor.com and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing that tracks you is set until you choose. You can change your mind at any time with the cookie settings link, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
